Reasons for not accepting an order may include product unavailability, quality control issues, resource limitations, pricing or product description errors, or the inability to meet specified delivery deadlines.
b. Order Number- We will assign an order number to your order and provide it in the order confirmation email. Please include this order number in any communication regarding your order.
4. PRODUCT IMAGES AND VARIATIONS
Images of products on our website are for illustration purposes only. Our materials may have slight inclusions, and there may be minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications.
5. DELIVERY COSTS AND RESPONSIBILLITY
The delivery costs will be displayed on our website during the order process. We will inform you of the product delivery schedule in the confirmation email. Once we ship the product, we will email you the tracking information. Your order becomes your responsibility once we deliver it to the address you provided during the order stage. Ownership of the product transfers to you upon receipt of full payment.
6. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
Please note that we cannot deliver any products until we have received full payment. We do not process refunds or returns for changes of mind. Refunds and returns are only processed for faulty products reported to us within a week of the delivery date.
