European Customers Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties or local taxes applied by their country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

We hope you love your L’Atelier 73 jewellery, but if you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Items must be unworn, unaltered and in their original packaging, and returned in a saleable condition.

Made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

To arrange a return, please contact us at hello@latelier73.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’re also happy to exchange an item within 14 days of receipt. We offer one exchange per order.

If you receive a faulty item, please email hello@latelier73.com with your order number and a photo of the piece, and we’ll advise you on the next steps.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
