ORDERS

1. CAN I UPDATE MY ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched. Please email us as soon as possible at hello@latelier73.com with your order number and the new delivery address.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to change the delivery address.

2. CAN I CHANGE AN ITEM ON MY ORDER?

Once your order is confirmed and in the processing stage, we cannot make changes to the items in your order. Please review your order carefully before confirming it.

3. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE PROBLEMS PLACING MY ORDER?

If you encounter any issues while placing your order, please contact our customer support team at hello@latelier73.comfor assistance. We’re here to help you through the process.

4. HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

You can pay for your order using the payment methods available on our website during the order process. We accept various payment options for your convenience.

5. WHEN WOULD I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

We will process payment for your order once you complete the checkout process successfully. Your payment will be charged at that time.

DELIVERY

1. DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We currently ship to the UK, US, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Ireland, UAE, Malaysia and more. Email us to find out if we can deliver to your country.

2. MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team at hello@latelier73.com. We’ll help you track your order and address any delivery issues.

3. WHAT IF I RECIEVE THE WRONG ITEM OR AN ITEM IS MISSING?

If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately via email at hello@latelier73.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

4. HOW WILL MY JEWELLERY BE PACKED?

Your jewellery will arrive beautifully packaged in a L’Atelier 73 box or pouch, ready for gifting - or keeping for yourself.

5. CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?

Yes, we provide tracking information for your parcel. We’ll email you with details on how to track the delivery of your order once it’s shipped.

1. WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE TO MAKE YOUR JEWELLERY?

We use a mix of carefully selected materials across our collections. You can find full details about our materials and finishes here.

RETURNS

1. WHAT IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?

We’re sorry if something isn’t quite right. Please email us at hello@latelier73.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll get it sorted for you.

2. WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT THE PRODUCT?

We do not process refunds or returns for products if you change your mind. Our return policy is limited to cases where products are found to be faulty upon inspection.
